Week 3: AI for Enhancing Customer Experience (CX)

  • Objectives:
  1. Principles of AI-enhanced customer experience
  2. Mapping the AI-driven customer journey
  • Preparation:
  1. Gather customer feedback and identify pain points in the customer journey.
  2. Research AI applications that enhance customer service and support.

Week 4: AI for Process Optimization

  • Objectives:
  1. Identifying inefficiencies with AI in business processes
  2. AI-driven Lean and Six Sigma principles
  • Preparation:
  1. Document your current business processes and workflows.
  2. Identify bottlenecks and areas where AI could improve efficiency.
