Assessment Before: Pre-lab survey to determine current scaling strategies and challenges.

Difference from 16-week Program: This lab offers a detailed approach to scaling, with practical workshops and specific scaling plans that build on the extensive knowledge provided in the 16-week program.

5-weeks Coaching Program

  1. Review your current technology stack and its scalability.
  2. Research scalable technology solutions that fit your business needs.

Week 3: Scaling Teams

  • Objectives:
  1. Building scalable teams
  2. Effective team management
  • Preparation:
  1. Evaluate your current team structure and roles.
  2. Identify areas where additional team members are needed.

Week 4: Scaling Marketing

  • Objectives:
  1. Scalable marketing strategies
  2. Implementing growth marketing
  • Preparation:
  1. Assess the effectiveness of your current marketing strategies.
  2. Develop a plan for scaling your marketing efforts.

Week 5: Scaling Customer Support

  • Objectives:
