1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature, instant access, and limited cohort capacity of our coaching and training programs, all sales are final. Once you register and make a payment, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued, including but not limited to:

• Missed live coaching sessions
• Change in personal or business circumstances
• Failure to use or access training content
• Dissatisfaction with personal results or business outcomes

By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

2. Why No Refunds Are Offered

AI SMARTUP programs deliver immediate value through:

• Access to proprietary educational content
• Live coaching with expert mentors
• Downloadable workbooks, templates, and frameworks
• Community discussions and shared strategies
• Limited-seat, time-bound experiences

Because resources are allocated as soon as you register, and intellectual content is accessible instantly, we are unable to process refunds.

While refunds are not provided, we are committed to your satisfaction and success. If you are experiencing challenges during your program, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can support your progress and make appropriate adjustments within the scope of the program.

Only in extraordinary, documented cases (e.g., duplicate payments or system errors), AI SMARTUP may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or program credit. Any such exception requires written approval from our program administrator and may take up to 30 business days to process.
