AI SMARTUP provides self-paced online video courses and program bundles for entrepreneurs, SME owners and solopreneurs. By purchasing or using our courses, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase courses.

3. Access & accounts

Course access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Sharing accounts or course access is not permitted.

4. Payments

Prices are shown on our Pricing page. Fees must be paid before access is granted. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Quizzes & certificates

A Certificate of Completion is issued when you complete a course and pass its final quiz. Certificates recognize course completion and are not academic degrees or professional licenses.

6. Intellectual property

All course videos, materials, quizzes and branding are owned by AI SMARTUP and protected by copyright. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly display any content.

7. No guarantee of results

Our courses are educational. We do not guarantee any specific results, income or business outcomes, which depend on your own effort, decisions and market conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

AI SMARTUP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the courses or business decisions based on course content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for breach of these Terms, misuse of content or abusive behavior.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
